The IU Foundation has selected its newest scholarship winners for the months of May, 2009. Each scholarship winners receive a full tuition for one (1) academic year, in addition to one thousand U.S. dollars (1,000) in stipend to be used for books and other studying materials. These students were chosen from a pool of 58 applicants nationally. Applicants were judged on their personal background, future academic/career plans reflected on the personal statements and interviews. The scholarship prize enables each winner to continue to pursue their studies outside of their native countries.
